NEAREST pedestrian door, (See building diagram) as their PRIMARY EXIT.

All employees assigned to this area shall assemble outside the building at the following location:

OUTSIDE AND TO THE FARTHEST WESTERLY

POINT IN THE EMPLOYEES’ PARKING LOT

Once an evacuation is ordered, all employees must quickly

(without running) exit the building using the nearest pedestrian exit

(see diagram) and proceed directly to their assembly area.

Double check to be certain that all employees are accounted for.

If necessary, immediately contact the following:

Police: Local number

Fire Dept: Local number

Hospital: Local number

HOSPITAL NAME

Management will notify all employees when it is safe to re-enter the facility.

Notify district/region safety of any emergency activities.
